These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Michael & Emma London, located in Lijnden, The Netherlands, and reachable at info@michaelenemmalondon.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the full set of conditions outlined below.

1. Applicability

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to every agreement between Michael & Emma London and the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, specifications, and availability details. However:

  • Typographical errors, misprints, or minor inaccuracies may occur

  • Colors and product details may vary due to screen settings or supplier updates

  • We reserve the right to adjust product information at any time without prior notice

While we do our best to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received

  • Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country or region

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify which payment methods are available in their location

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incomplete information, or unusual activity

Once payment has been confirmed, your order immediately enters processing at our fulfillment partner.

4. Processing & Delivery

We work with international suppliers to fulfill customer orders. Please note the following timelines:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

  • All shipments are sent directly from our supplier in China

Delays caused by customs, local postal services, or global logistics disruptions are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible before the order has entered processing. Once an item has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during shipping if the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer

  • Entering the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements when an incorrect address was provided

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or logistics partners

Our responsibility ends when the order has been successfully delivered as shown by the tracking data.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, graphics, designs, logos, and product descriptions—is the exclusive property of Michael & Emma London.

Without written permission, it is strictly prohibited to:

  • Distribute

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Publish

  • Use content for commercial purposes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK law).
Any disputes arising from these terms or purchases made through our website will be handled under UK jurisdiction, unless legally required otherwise.
