Michael & Emma London is looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity and support our marketing growth. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling content for our website, social platforms, and advertising channels.

Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for website banners, product images, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
Develop marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and other digital channels.
Improve the overall user experience through smart, brand-aligned design decisions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate creative concepts into effective visuals.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring all designs meet brand guidelines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in E-commerce or digital marketing.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar design tools.
Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Michael & Emma London is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who can deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with confidence.

Even though we are primarily an E-commerce brand, this role is designed for pop-up events, showroom days, brand activations, or special retail collaborations.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide personalized, professional styling and product advice.
Assist customers with finding the right fit, style, and size.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
Support daily retail operations, including restocking, merchandising, and handling sales transactions.
Answer customer inquiries and deliver outstanding service both in-person and via phone.

Requirements

Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and current trends.
Ability to provide personalized service and ensure customer satisfaction.
